McDonald’s – Breakfast Remerch

Brief: Restructure McDonald’s menu boards to ease customer navigation in the digital form.

Result: I used extensive customer data on buying habits on the customer journey of the whole menu and other digital touchpoints throughout the store to bring the whole breakfast menu together. Unlike main day, there are no promotional products for breakfast so I structured the boards according to sales priority. This saw a 21% uplift in sales.
