Brief: Get customers excited about the promotion and help their decision-making to move from their usual core to a more premium product.
Result: Used customer insights to elevate touch-points to gain as much taste appeal along the customer journey for upsell to the promotional product. Together with Aero McFlurry available at the same time, this became the most successful Great Tastes of America to date.
